Anywhere from 50-100 dollars

If you are a member of the congregation, $50-100 is good. If you are "hiring" a minister to perform a service and have no connection with the church this person serves, you may need to negotiate a price. If the minister has to travel very far for a special location, it's nice to add a little something for mileage.

Around here, it is $50. More, if you would like to give more, or if he has done more than one service for you. For instance, he began the funeral at the funeral home, then at the church, then did graveside rites, then came to the house for the wake, and called on you before and or after the funeral.
Your funeral director might be able to advise you, sometimes they know the pastor, and know what he charges. and he might take care of it, for you, and just add the gratuity to your bill.

It isn't required, but a modest honorarium is in order if it can be afforded. Ask the funeral director what is customary in your area. Back in the 70's in Kansas, it was around $25.

50-100 dollars is reasonable. Extra if more time is involoved. You may also give the church a small love offering as well.

It really depends on what you are willing or able to pay. Generally, not less than $50-$100, but if you can afford more, and want to pay, you should.
