Refrigerated biscuits make a grand holder for taco filling and all its trimmings!
1 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 (15-oz.) can spicy chili beans, undrained
1 package (1.25 oz) Old El Paso® 40% less-sodium taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup shredded lettuce, if desired
1/2 cup chopped tomato, if desired
1/2 cup sour cream, if desired
1/2 cup Old El Paso® Salsa, if desired
1 . Heat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
2 . Add chili beans, taco seasoning mix and water; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes or until ground beef mixture is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
3 . Meanwhile, spray outside bottom and sides of 8 (6-oz.) custard cups lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Roll or pat each biscuit to form 4 1/2-inch round. Place rounds over outside of sprayed cups; press to fit over bottom and part way down sides of cups. Place cups, upside down, in ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
4 . Bake at 375°F. for 14 to 16 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove pan from oven. Carefully remove biscuit cups from custard cups. Place biscuit cups, right side up, in same baking pan. Spoon beef mixture evenly into each cup.
5 . Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa.

Creamed Chipped Beef on Grands instead of traditional toast. Saute the beef (available in supermarket in glass jars) in a bit of butter or olive oil in a skillet. When it's "frizzled" till it curls up a bit, make a white gravy in the same pan along with the meat. I like plenty of pepper in the mixture. Serve hot over buttered biscuits. Yummy but definitely not health food.

You could do tons of things. Cook your favorite meat, add some veggies, adn stuff it inside the buiscuit. Bake it up for teh normal time it takes to make buiscuits.
You could even save the drippings fromt the meat, and in a separate sauce pan put about a Tbl of flour, adn an equal part butter. On low-me heat, cook it while whisking or stirring constantly. Once it starts to turn golden, add the drippings, and either broth or milk depending on whether you prefer creamy or brothy Cook until it's thickened on very low heat, adding flour to thicken. Oh, and make sure you add the liquid slowly, in parts. And voila! Now you have yummy gravy to put on top! Sprinkle with cheese.
MMMMMMM, now I'm hungry.

Make creamed chipped beef (or creamed hamburger).
If using the burger, brown it & drain it.
Make a white sauce by melting 1/4 cup margarine, then stirring in 1/4 c flour until smooth & bubbly. Gradually add 2 c milk, stirring constantly until thick. Add meat and serve over biscuits.
You can melt some cheese into it & add ham, too.

Well I might have the cabbage-not very fond of corn beef. I bought Beef Ribs and boiled them. Striped off the meat for Bar B Que Ribs and have the bones cooking in a season packet for beef stew. I added 1/2 a head of cabbage and 1/4 of an onion and 1 & 1/2 pounds of frozen stewing vegtables. It should last for me and my roommate for a few days at least.

yum yum I love those. Keep it simple. My husband and I eat breakfast for dinner all the time. Scramble some eggs, fry up some bacon, make some fried potatoes or here in the south some grits and boom you have a full meal.

Makes calzones with them. Roll them out as flat as you can, put some pizza sauce and whatever pizza toppings you want, cover with cheese. Fold over and crimp edges. Bake at 375 until browned. There our family favorite.

Make breakfast sandwiches: fried egg, sausage patty or crips bacon, adn a slice of cheese. Maybe a side of hashbrown, oatmeal, or grits would be good, too.
