No he is still in prison, he was just sentenced to death. It hasnt been carried out yet.

No. He should be executed by hanging no later than the summer of 07 but some say the appeals process will only keep him alive until spring of 07.

No he's still alive and kicking for now. He was just found guilty of his crimes and sentenced to death by hanging.
There is an automatic appeal on his sentence.

He was sentenced to death yesterday. He will die a month after his appeals are heard according to Iraqi law. Be patient.

Not yet, he still has an appeal process open to him. He was found guilty and sentanced to hang.
