I have a headache that is killing me, it's right on the top of my head. It doesn't last long, but it comes often. The weirdest thing about it is, I NEVER get headaches, but for the past couple weeks I've been getting them very often and I don't know why. Nothing has changed in my life, I'm not going through any real stress and I'm eating the same and everything, I just don't get it.

there are sinus points that run from between your eyes all the way back to your neck. have someone put their hands on your head with the fingers meeting in the middle, and then pull down with the fingers like they are peeling your skull apart, several times. It sounds gross, but it helps with that type of headache.

It is probably a tension headache. I know you said that you are not under any stress, but sometimes reactions can happen in our bodies for unknown reason and cause "stress" on our muscles and body. For all you know, it could even be due to the recent time change.

The best thing to do when you feel a headache is to have some ibuprofen or tylenol and take it easy. just relax. if the pain becomes unbearable, lie down in a dark, quiet room. If you start having decapitating headaches often, or if you have nausea or dizziness with them, you should see your doctor.

hope you feel better!

Could be allergies.... People can develop these.

The change of weather can bring on headaches as well as migraines.

If it doesn't last long consider yourself lucky.

Hopefully it will go away as fast as it came.....Good Luck!

You should see a doctor immediately. Headaches can be signs of serious problems, especially if you don't normally get them.
