What is the real quote and who said this?

If you have to give up freedom for security then you are not really free. I need to know what the real quote is and who said it. (a source would be nice also)

The real quote is: "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." -- Benjamin Franklin.

Benjamin Franklin said this. I don't know the exact quote, but the jist of it is if a people give up liberty for security they wind up with neither. We are doing this now, by the way.
