Depends on how much the ticket is. Seems like you have a good case, weather or not you can tell your side to the judge. Sometimes, you talk to a person before the court and they make recommendations. If you want to fight, write your facts down before hand and go for it. Otherwise, if it's not too much $$, write it and the experience off. Sorry, to hear your situation, doesn't sound fair from your side. Best of luck

Just pay it, at least they didn't search your car like they do me everytime I get pulled over. They pull me over because they want to, not because I do anything wrong. All they ask for is my license and registration and insurance. When I give them all of that stuff, they make me get out of the car, and then tell me to have a nice day or say nothing. People think being Black in America isn't hard, try this same thing happening on your prom night with a tux on and it is raining. Not speeding, driving reckless, or anything like that. Never had a ticket for a moving violation, but I have been pulled over at least 10 times.

Fight it, she may have been having a bad day and the truth will come out in court. You shouldn't need a lawyer fo something so minor so it should not cost you anything. If you want advice talk to a friend who is a lawyer or something like that. I always fight traffic violations because they generally will at least reduce my fine if i go to court with it.

If you tell the judge what you've just written here, you are going to give the prosecutor a hard time proving your guilt. If you really could not get over and were travelling only slightly faster than the average person walks, you were very hard done by.
Fight it.

Take it to court. You will win unless the judge is a complete dick. Anyone could beat that ticket on the officer's rudeness alone.

Why did you wait so long to pull over? you should have heard the siren & saw the blue lights flashing, You don't wait until he last min. to move over, Are you more upset she threw your licence at you, or that you got the ticket???

Same thing happened to me in Baltimore. For some strange reason, female cops seem to be on some sort of power trip ... I fought it and won, you can too.
FIGHT IT !!!!!
