I have a history project and it's focus is on missions. Are there any christian mission projects (missionaries, orgainzations, and/or Ministries) in Israel?

ABSOLUTELY! In my opinion, the best is Zola Levitt Ministries, based out of Texas. They regularly evangelize to Israeli Jews and give out free New Testaments in Hebrew. Check out the web site, it's fascinating:

There are tons of Christian Ministries in Israel.
Some are straight-forward Christian outreach programs, and others are to minister to Messianic Jews.

Yes there are. There are people in Israel who hide their faith to be Christian. I know there are missionaries there because our church supports some of them.
