As long as you are alone into a toilet stall with the door closed, you can do pretty much whatever you like, as long as it doesn't involve harming anybody else or the property. Pop your zit, scratch your a.s.s, pick your nose, jack off...have fun doing it, and don't forget to clean up so you don't leave traces of your disgusting activities behind.

depends on where you live... if it is in america do whatever the hell you want short of vandalism or any horrible crime. However, you can always use soap and a paper towel to clean up after yourself if you are worried..
