I have been trying to loose weight for the past 6 months, my bmi is 29. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and work out, I dont believe in dieting but I have been eating healthier and drinking more water. My main target area is my stomach, I would also like to tone up my upper thighs and my butt. Its seems like I keep gaining weight though and my pants keep getting too small for me, what am I doing wrong? I need help!

you may be adding muscle mass. Don't worry about what you weigh or your clothes.

more sets more reps less weight, walk more and do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep , get most of your carbs from whole grains and fruits

I'm sorry but, I do believe in diets. You need a healthy appetite of the right foods in order to survive but, also a good diet.

Go to the library and find a good book about diets for your age group, your type of working habits. You don't have to eat foods that have no taste just because they're diets.
In order to lower my cholesterol I went on a fish diet, mostly Salmon three times a week, with Lot's of salads. You wouldn't believe what happen, I didn't believe it. Try it, you might like it.

it's what you're eating...try a strict diet for 2 weeks and see if that helps...same thing happen to me
