we called them knee bends...hands on hips and lower yourself where your behind touches your heels....then stand back up again, repeat.

Take a flat bar that has a pad on it for your neck you put weights on the bar you put the bar across the back of your neck holding it with your arms then you squat down to a squatting position about 6-8 inches off the floor and then push up with your legs it is very important to keep your back straight if not you could injure yourself

I cannot give you an exact one you might be doing because there are alot of them, but when i work out the squats i do is you have two bars besides you and you hold yourself up and kinda without touching the ground lower yourself using your upper body strength. Thats what i do for lacrosse but you could be doing it a different way. Good Luck with them.

Deep squats enhance muscle interior the glutes (butt), hamstrings (returned of thighs) and quads (right of thighs). in case you do squats you will likely get a miles less assailable in the back of which will make it smaller no longer bigger. additionally, squats are between the terrific compound exercises you're able to do, i enormously recommend squats in case you intend on lifting.

I hate gym class !
1. crouch down: to crouch down with the knees bent and the thighs resting on the calves
2. crouch down low: to crouch close to the ground like an animal, especially in order to avoid being seen

squats are when the bar is on the back of your neck and you basically sit down and then up again. and make sure your knees are bent at a 90 degree angle and repeat.
