I've been eating lots of fruit and I just started eating oatmeal at least twice a day(the Take Heart blueberry Queker one) and with my fruit I have been eating Special K. I am 16, 5ft 5inches and I weigh 109lbs 23%(I was 21% of fat last week. I don't kow what happened.) And I have no time to do long excersizes so I try to find time to walk around my room for an hour at least. Also, I drink at least 2 gallons of water a day(large amounts at a time.)(I'm constantly thirsty and I already been tested for diabeties recently)Ovisaly I only eat when i'm hungry and I stop when i'm full. And my clothes still fit me perfectly just for you to know. So please help me.

So do you think my oatmeal 2times a day and special k bar with my snacks will help me loose the fat?

Your diet is very high in carbs and it will be difficult to lose weight unless you drop your calories.

Are you measuring your body fat by a Tanita type scale? Be aware that impedance type scale have a high error rate.

You will have varying body fat percentages depending on how hydrated you are. When you first wake up you're semi-dehydrated and you'll get one fat % number. Drink 2 glasses of water, wait 10 minutes, weigh yourself again and the fat % number will be different. Take a shower or exercise and it will be different again due to hydration levels. People with high muscle mass will have low fat % but higher weight readings.

The above information is from the certified athletic trainer at the Kimkins Diet website. She is a former competitive lifter with dual master's degrees in biophysiology areas.

You'll be better off focusing on less carbs and more lean protein & veggies if you want to lose, although you seem to be a good weight already.

Teen girls want to weigh exactly 100 pounds and that's not a good weight for everyone.

doesnt sound like there is much fat to loose. Instead of walking around for an hour, run for 30 minutes. green tea burns calories, by the way.

Eat low calorie foods, foods with high calories make you fat.
