I've been eating lots of fruit and I just started eating oatmeal at least twice a day(the Take Heart blueberry Queker one) and with my fruit I have been eating Special K. I am 16, 5ft 5inches and I weigh 109lbs 23%(I was 21% of fat last week. I don't kow what happened.) And I have no time to do long excersizes so I try to find time to walk around my room for an hour at least. Also, I drink at least 2 gallons of water a day(large amounts at a time.)(I'm constantly thirsty and I already been tested for diabeties recently)Ovisaly I only eat when i'm hungry and I stop when i'm full. And my clothes still fit me perfectly just for you to know. So please help me.
