i had a bf and we broke up in august. in september (my bday) he called me and wished me a happy bday. his bday is this saturday. should i call him? we dont talk at all usually

Sounds like he still has feelings for you, and may be thinking that it would be nice to be with you again.
Or it could be a ploy for some purbose of his own.
If you don't talk, and you are not really interested in having a relationship with him, then I would say to let his birthday just pass on by. He will understand the message.

if you dont talk at all
then dont call him
but jus email him or something
wishing him a happy birthday
or tell someone to tell him that u wish him a happy b-day
because you barley talk, is what im figuring
or you can return the favor of him calling you for your birthday and you could call him
its your call

if he called u, then u should call him. also, calling him will mean u guys will talk again, so maybe u'll get somewhat of a friendship back. :)
