the 'incoming searches' are other people searching the gnutella network, not incoming searches looking for files on your computer.
unless the option has been disabled within tools > options > speed > disable ultrapeer capabilities then all people running limewire will be used as 'ultrapeers', a kind of stepping stone for other limewire users - this is why you see these searches passing through your machine.
the bottom section of this window (uploads) is showing you what files are or have been uploaded from your pc - your actual files which you have shared in tools > options > sharing.

you're sharing your stuff with other people. Yes they are downloading your stuff, that's how that works. If no one shared anything then no one would have anything. I think that if you have more people downloading your stuff, the faster you can download, but I'm not sure with that...I've just noticed that though, maybe it's just a coincidence.
just be careful what you download, i had to buy a new hard drive because the other one got infected, which i'm guessing was because of limewire. I've learned how to download wisely now....
i'll give you a tip... if you can't preview your item while it's passed 5% dont bother downloading it because it's usually not that item.
If you're really paranoid you should block people from downloading your stuff.
As for the red thing... I have no idea

Limewire works like this. As soon as you sign with them your entire shared folder goes into it so people could get the same files. So yes they could be downloading from your files.

the monitor show searches that hit your PC. You can monitor the outgoing downloads to see what they are downloading. If you are that paranoid about it, uninstall limewire. When you open it up, you open up your PC to file sharing so any limewire user can access your PC.

He would be delicate, type and loves animals. it is dopey yet tell him some good issues. Then clarify nicely why the dating isn't working for you. hear to something he's have been given to declare (you have given him 3 months of a few time already). sit down quietly, hear and repeat your motives for no longer desirous to proceed the dating. sit down hear and repeat your motives nicely, yet firmly... progressively using fewer and much less words. the tip. and that i propose it may be the tip- do it precise and plan, plan, plan what you like to declare. it is superb to agonize approximately hurting his emotions -so stick along with your plan. good success. lgirl
