is my boyfriend using me?

we have been together 1 yr....I do whatever I have to do to please him and make sure that he is well taken care of...
everyweekd I have to listen to him complain that he doesnt have money..what do mean you dont have money when you live with your mom..you dont own a car...you only have your cell phone bill..and maybe give your mom like 50-100 dollars..you sure as hell dont spend your money on me...whenever I ask him to get me something he says when the time is right..which means never..he is sweet and he treats me kindly and make me feel good but maybe he is used to idea of me taking care of him..is he using me...I cant stand it anymore..we go out to dinner I have to listen to him add up the meal..
I am not made of money either..basically I feel like he just feeds me alot of words.
a part of wants to leave him and a part of me really wants to be with him..help

Yes he is using you and playing you.He also is used to everyone else paying his way.He needs to be taught how to manage his fi
nances and fend for himself and become responsible like you sound
you are.Try talking to him and offering to help him.if that fails then do yourself a favor and dump him and move-things will only get worse and not better

Hon, if you're so unhappy that you get on the Internet and ask a bunch of total strangers if you should dump him or not, you've already really made up your mind and are really just looking for affirmation. Do what YOU feel is best - we're not relationship experts and all we know is what you wrote above, which isn't much to go on. You have a year of experience - do what your gut is telling you to do.

I dont think he is using you but he does not know anything about money and never will unless someone teaches him. He may be too dumb to may his own decisions in that case you are going to have to start telling him what to do.
