I use eggs alot in baking and some recipies call for only yolk,but I just dont want to throw out the egg whites,and I dont need them right away.I'm not a pro at baking just yet so any helpful info would be great.!!

I've heard (food tv?) that you can store egg whites frozen in the freezer for up to a year...

However, the website below recommends "4 months in the freezer" and "2-4 days in the refrigerator", if stored in airtight conditions.

Yes, a few days in the fridge or weeks in the freezer.
