You should evaluate your diet and consider how many calories you eat a day vs how many you burn. It takes 3600 unburned calories to add a pound of fat to your body. Drinking energy drinks does nothing to help you burn fat, unless you exercise. If you do exercise, all it does is increase your stamina. Any thoughts you have of increased "energy" from these drinks is purely psychological. They are stimulants. Also, energy drinks give you energy from calories. No energy is derived from caffeine, or what ever else those drinks have. It's simple physics. Calories equal energy.

Doubtful. I drink them daily as well and haven't gained any.
