probably. A lot of girls don't like to chase the guys. They want them to make a move. So if you're sure she likes you, then ask her out!

Curtis I try to understand how uncomfortable it might be for a man to ask a woman out and I feel where you're coming from. Nobody likes to be rejected. I'm a woman and I've NEVER asked a man out. Not because I think it's wrong but I've always been taught (as most females have) that the man should pursue the female. She might be waiting on you. If she is giving you all the signs that she likes you, believe me she won't say no. She's letting you know that its okay to approach her. Go for it!
