I feel for you. I haven't smoked in 6 months and I DID come apart. LOL
Honestly though, it gets better over time. I only get the urge for a cigarette a few times a day now and it only last a few seconds. In the beginning that urge was constant! Don't give up. It gets better.

Everybody is different... But CONGRATULATIONS!!!
For some people it takes a month or two my grandma said it took her almost a year....she hasn't smoked in about 12 years now!
be cautious of your feelings and dont give in!!!! She said that every now and then she will smell a cigarette and it smells good to her but she struggled so much to give it up that she would never give in!!
Keep up the great effort....

I quit smoking 1year and 2 months and 5 days ago, and I still dream about the **** things. Just hang tough and try not to think about them. I used the patches and weaned myself off, I was to chicken to go cold turkey..Staying off of them is the important thing..Good luck..
