Talking about Stephen in Acts 7
"55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God."

Please tell me what you think it means. I believe it is showing that the Son and Father are not the same person...what do you think?

Please be nice, don't tell anyone they are wrong or why...just please tell me what you think.

Jesus Christ and God are two separate beings and the Holy Ghost makes three. However some will say that they are one and that in a sense is right too, they are one in purpose as we all should be.

this is right before the Jews stoned Stephen. after he repeated the history of Isreal to that present time, he saw a vision of Christ in the sanctuary. Although God and Jesus are both divine and a part of the Godhead, they each have their own distinct personalities and functions. Jesus is God incarnate. Immanuel=God with us Matt.1:23,Is 7:14

I think it means that Stephen looked up steadfastly into heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing on the right hand of God - just like it says.

The Bible says that Jesus sits at the right hand of God. God is all spirit. God can do anything remember and our human minds cannot fathom how he works sometimes- but the Bible is clear also that he and Jesus are one in the same....and the Holy Spirit!
Look at John 10.

Remember that God's ways are not our ways, and his thoughts are not our thoughts (as it says in Isaiah)...therefore nothing is impossible with Him- They are one- and Jesus sits at the right hand of God. That is how it is. Our minds cannot fathom all the ways of God....

Romans 11:33
Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!

i believe in the trinity, this verse and others show that christ is divine but that he will be seated at the right hand of the father. this verse for me doesn't denounce the trinity but does however show an aspect of the trinit. i guess it shows they are not the same person but doesn't prove they are not one entity in the trinity-notice how the holy ghost(spirit), is also mentioned within the trinity of god.

yes it says that he saw jesus siting on his thrown beside god, jesus is a part og God, like we are a part of out parents, but more so, i believe God actually felt jusus' pain on the cross, but they are at the same time 2 seperate beings, i know its hard to wrap youur mind aroung it but that is where faith comes in, faith that this is the word of God and that just because we cant understand everything completely doesnt mean it isnt true
