Where can I find a checklist of what is in the seabag for enlisted sailors E-1 to E-6?

everything that goes into a sea bag is in the Bluejackets manual. It's the Navy enlisted book that has all of the information for new people. Also I have put a web site in sources that shows what you are issued in boot camp that goes into a sea bag. You also have toiletries and can fit a couple changes of civilian clothes inside.

I am a Squid - that is what a dumb Jarhead calls a sailor.
The Seabag is the same as an army duffle bag these days. It is more or less nothing but a not so elite piece of luggage where they carry all of their uniform parts from one duty station to another.
In the Navy, the seabag is emptied into a small locker and the bag is stored outof the way. That would be the same for all enlisted ranks, all the way to E-9

Almost the same thing as a US Army Duffel bag. My son is in the Navy. It is big green, has his name stenciled on it, and holds his gear.

socks undershirts underwear all white. uniforms shoes peacoat sweaters. its in the blue jackets manual you are issued in boot camp
