Very hard to give advice with so little info. Whatever is going on you should sit down with your husband and have an open and honest discussion, no games or BS just the straight goods. Best of luck to you.

Well if it was big enough for you to be bothered by it, then i say kick his assss to the curb, if he lies about stuff that means he doesnt repect you. and he will do it again! I was with a cheater for 3 years & i knew he was cheating but he always had an excuse for everything. finally i caught him red handed & there was no getting out of it. i wish i would have just went with my gut instinct & left when i first started noticing something wasnt right!

If he is lying to you, and you have made it clear that you caught him...you have a problem and need pro help. I had this issue with my hubby over drinking behind my back. He refused to admit he had an issue, and kept lying about it even though it was clear that he was drunk. Go to counseling. A marriage will not last if you can't be honest with each other and trust. Without trust...it's all over.

How do you expect to get advice with out letting us know what is the situation?
But with what you have said so far i say you just tell him to be a man and come clean, i mean you caught him now.....

from the age difference i can see how he thinks he can lie to you and make you believe him. but if you saw him and all of this really bothers you enough, then keep bringing it up until you get closure. let him know how serious you are. let him know that you are not going to let it go until he admits what he did and you talk about it. good luck.

If it is something that isn't going to get him in trouble and does not involve safety or infidelity to you I think I would have him do it when you are not around. Then you can ignore it.

Older does not make him smarter. If this thing bothers you, then it is his problem, too. You won't have to repeat it - say "you know that time. . ." or "remember that thing . . ." and he'll know what you're talking about because he knows he lied about it.

It really depends on what he did.
Gross is in the eye of the beholder.

....SO... What did you see him do? If it's nasty, leave. If he can't stop, leave. Since it's not the first time he lied, leave. Just do what you feel is right.
