That assumes though that the Germans would have won. Essentially the allies won on the amount of American fighting men out there and the sheer size of land that the Germans and Japanese were going for. If America were instead still part of Britain at the time of World War II, we would have entered it much sooner. More likely the Germans would have been defeated much sooner rather than won the war altogether.
The Japanese may have fought on longer than they did. Quite a few of them were still willing to fight long after they knew Japan no longer really had a chance. They would have fought to save the mainland (or at least delay it). So assuming the British were unable to come up with an atom bomb, more people would have died, but the war would still have ended with the British, French and Russians as the victors.
I would agree with you if you had said that the South had won the Civil war. That would have split American manpower into the two countries (USA and CSA). Without knowing if the CSA would have joined the Allies or if they would work together with the other countries well there would have been a fair chance Germany would have won, but unlikely that it would have taken over the CSA or the USA. The Atlantic was simply too big and the Soviet Union too much of a threat to Germany for that to occur.

Likely not...the Brits lost the rest of their colonies anyway...but under Brit rule 200 years ago, we would not have bought Louisana purchase (most of west and central US) from France...Brits hated the French then.
The US under the Brits would not have started a bogus war with Mexico and claimed California and the southwest US. Mexico may have been the dominant country in North America...and building fences to keep out the Brits from the US trying to sneak in.
Texas may have been an independ country rather than submit to British rule. Scarey thought. Texas may have fought England for the US and we would have been ruled from Austin as the Capitol...Oh, I guess it is that way anyway.

If we had lost the American Revolution, there wouldn't have even been an America. Or perhaps it would have been created later, after we tried again to revolt.

You're on the right track. But, a little more history and grammar education before you attempt anymore colorful descriptions.

We'd be driving on the wrong side of the road - instead of Starbuck's on every corner, there'd be a teahouse instead....
