I have a Toyota Solara I would like to add remote start to; it is an automatic.

I do not want to have to carry 2 remotes....I currently have 1 for the factory locks.

I need it to work with the car in the garage...maybe 20 feet from house. Don't need a lot of extra features....just start the car and operate the factory door locks and alarm system.

Any advice on brands/models/stores?

Thanks!

These are all great companies owned by Directed Electronics (DEI), they will have what you are looking for. I have a Python setup right now (881XP), but that's a little more than what you are looking for. It is a great company though, I've installed a lot of equipment and I like the Viper and Python alarms the best. They both make a couple of good remote start setups as well. Check them out. As far as installation, I'd try Circuit City or a local alarm shop. Hope this helps.
