I have tried plain old (white) toothpaste at night and by the morning they dry up some, just be sure to wash gently with warm water using a non irritating soap, such as Purpose Soap. Hope this helps.

Practice good cleaning regimens and eat a healthy diet... short of that I would see a dermatologist... they should be able to diagnose and help you with what is causing your acne and how you can best treat it.

Try to stay away from almost all the over the counter creams, lotions, and what have yous... a lot of them only end up drying out and damaging your skin... and usually only ends up making your acne worse then what you started with.
