Because it is not natural. Its artificial flavor. That's the reason. try organic and natural sodas they actually taste way better than artificial flavored kinds,

Because they mix it with other juices, most of the time it is not pure grape juice, it is a concentrate.
I find the generic one to be the best, Crush is fine but tend to be less of a grape taste more of a apple flavour
