I've found both atkins and south beach cookbooks at the local thrift stores for just pennies. They're good to get ideas from even if you don't do the exact recipes.

If you'll type in south beach diet recipes in your search bar or google it'll give you tons of recipes.

South Beach Diet doesnt just cut out carbs completely but seperates good carbs from bad carbs. You need to stick with it and dont cheat and it should work, it did for my boyfriends mom. She looks great and feels great too!
