There are many web sites you can go on to get examples of three course meals you can do for you boyfriend, but it would be even better if you did his favorite food, you will sure score alot of points by doing what he likes..... plus on all the other details you provide the date with ( examples: candles, music, you get really really pretty ( sexy) ). Good Luck !!!

I have a very easy recipe (see my blog) for spinach fettucine in a chicken mustard sauce. It's only 5 ingredients and 4 steps to make, it's a little more unique than the other suggestions, and it's very good!

Serve it with oven warmed French bread (stay away from garlic; this is supposed to be romatic) and butter or olive oil on the side. First course can be a crisp, green salad (choose whatever topping you want) with balsamic vinaigrette, and dessert can be some high quality chocolate ice cream (Breyer's is excellent) topped with peppermint schnapps liqueur and garnished with mint leaf and maybe a raspberry or two. All very easy, yet upscale and tasty! Have sparkling apple cider, white or rose wine, or champagne to drink! Along with ice water.

I recommend staying away from steaks and a lot of intricate stuff if you're a beginner.

Make this.....it is a knockout at my house everytime, very easy to make...

Make a salad with Italian Dressing. Serve it with slices of fresh mozz cheese on top.

Cut french bread on an angle and place in a dish. Mix up 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup of olive oil, and some garlic to taste. Spread over the bread and serve - Fresh Bruschetta!

Cook some fresh fettucine noodles and allow to set. In a saucepan, brown 1 lb. ground beef and drain. Add 2 sliced peppers (any color), 1/2 cup of prepared pesto sauce, and 1/2 cup of half and half. Warm through for about 6-7 minutes.

Pour over the pasta - Pesto Pasta with meat!

Serve with wine of course.

For dinner, I serve Tiramusu...pick it up at your bakery - well worth it!

Good luck darling!

You should forget about 'courses' and just serve an entire meal of aphrodesiacs; think wine or champagne, strawberries in whipped cream, oysters, music, candles, and plenty of sweet little finger foods you can feed each other. Make if fun, and keep some solid food in the fridge to eat later...

Give him a questionare! I'm sure he'll laugh, and fill it out. Ask him his 10 most favorite dishes, (that way, if you dont knows how to make, lets say, seven of them, you'll have three left over that you can make!) also ask what his favorite wine and drink is/are. By now you probably know what type of music he enjoys, and if not, ask him that too! He will be delighted and might say "oh that really cute!" like my bf did! So, happy cooking, and enjoy your home date!

It is very difficult especially if he only eats certain foods. Romantically speaking, I find steak, potatoes, macaroni, and salad
Dessert, some strawberries and whipped cream it is very romantic with candle light, and some wine or what ever he likes..
Do it big girl and remember the rose pedals, bubble bath and massage oil.lol

You know him better than anyone on here. Make him what he likes. If you don't ask, ask him some questions about his favorite meals. Recipes are easy to find online. So once you know what he likes just look for the recipe and follow the instructions.

You could never go wrong with a nice T-Bone Steak and baked potatoes or Fried Chricked and Macaroni and Cheese (Southern Style)
