Not necessarily. It's better when you have some experience, know enough about sex to understand what you need and want, and have a partner that is equally educated and caring. That is when sex is best. It has nothing to do with age at all. It's all about attitude, knowledge, confidence, and your partner.

Better than what? Sex is great when you have a great partner that you are passionate about and you two are well matched sexually...that can occur at any age...

Yes....it is also good before 35. But as you get older, you loosen up emotionally and want to do new and exciting things to please your partner. It is a truly a two-way street...it's not all about me anymore.
