It is just a personal preference because everybody is attracted to different qualities and features. I don't think all men like light skinned girls or vice versa. I have a honey light skinned complexion and all the guys hit on my my friend who is a bronze skin color. Color is only skin deep and it doesn't really matter in the end because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Besides, the grass isn't always greener on the other side, just love and accepted yourself.

Well, I am light skinned, and I do seem to meet a bunch of black guys. I don't know what it is, cuz I do have long hair (I am mixed- Black and Mexican) but I have the black girl's booty. But when I'm out with my dark skinned friends, they usually get light dudes. A lot of white guys too. I don't know....

Its a personal preference but there are some brothas out there that think light skin or white women are better???? I don't think so. That's stupid. I have a cocoa complexion and I really don't worry about it because I date just about all races anyway.

I myself am dark skinned but I seem to attrack lighter skinned men but that doesn't mean I like them better then dark skinned guys, I just think opposites attrack. I find dark skinned men just as attractive as light skin men but most of the time I just attrack more lighter skin men. I have dated, Light, dark, white, mexican and I love all men and their skin tones so I would say most men fill the same about us women. I can't say for sure but that would be my guess.

Your life would be so much better if you liked who you are just as you are.
For "men" the skin color is not important...for "boys" it is.
You decide which one you want in your life....but first you need to do some work on yourself because no one can like you if you don't like yourself.....get busy.

it's really a personal preference . . I wouldn't get so caught up in it . . . if you think people like your sister more because she's light-skinned, you will start to resent her because her skin in light and yours is not . . . don't get so wrapped up in whether people like light-skinned people more or not . . . just be yourself and people will like you regardless of your skin tone . . .
