i hated when i get acne problems. especially wen i gots 2 go 2 a special occation n cant du nothin bout it.

I know the feeling, i get acne breakouts when i'm stressed or i get a major zit when i'm going out, it's really frustrating!
the only thing that helps is when i'm on the pill.

I had acne when I was a teenager, I was so self conscious.
A physician helped me over time with special treatments,
Our bodies are constantly changing. Hormone changes. The Body produces natural oils that can clog skin pores and then the skin erupts.
A good diet and exercise will help. The use of prescription anti-bio tics can prevent infection.
Medical treatments are very advanced today in the treatment of Acne. Make an appointment with your physician and a Dermatologist. The Physicians will develop the correct treatment plan for you.
When I had acne problems, I was self conscious and I did not date anyone....I was so ashamed of my self.
Once the acne cleared up with the treatment, my self confidence improved and I started to enjoy my later Teen Age years.
Fortunately, I had no acne scares and the fact that I shaved every day removed the top layer of my skin.
If you are a female, you can use special "Make up" to cover up some of the acne.
One day soon, you will be free of the acne and any loss of self confidence that accompanies that condition.

Like that woman suggested...tale of my existence! i'm getting caught with each little thing. I recommend many human beings get via with stuff and it sounds like i'm the only one which gets caught. It sucks!
