How can I get my younger sibiline to stop messing with me.?

My little sister zackell is always messing with me but i try not to hit hur are pouch her.I tryed ingnoreing her but it don't work I tryed telling my mother on her but that dind't work either.What should ido.sign the pained sister

This is not an easy one. Personally, I think that younger sisters and brothers should be outlawed, at least until they are old enough to be friends and equals.
Since on one sees it our way, I think the best thing to do is be as nice to your sister as you can. Though she may be a pain nearly all the time, the kindness you show her now will probably be returned to you with love and respect the rest of your lives.
It could be she simply wants your attention, to be more like you. If you can give her a bit of time, then when you really need to be left alone for something, you can say "we had our time together, but right now I need... we will do--- later."
See if that works, it just might.

I think you should kill her with kindness. hugs, kisses, and tell her how cute she is pinch her cheeks and play with her hair telling her how beautiful she is and that you are going to be best fiends.. Drag her to the mall with you, holding her hand and take her to every store, just browse and don't buy anything... take about 3 hours then plan to meet your gf there and then sit and talk for another hour.,At home interrupt her tv or video games and tell her you want to girl talk and drag her off, and talk about every Little thing that happened that day ... Go in her room and sit on her bed and talk about boys and how great it is to be sisters and so close, and then hug her again kiss her and shower her with affection. Do not let up, do this for 1 week and I bet when she sees yo coming she will run in the other direction......
