Lust is fleeting, intense, and sexual.
Love is lifelong, it grows with time, and has many different levels and degrees to it.

Infatuation is marked by a feeling of insecurity. You are excited and eager, but not genuinely happy. There are nagging doubts, unanswered questions, little bits and pieces about your beloved that you would just as soon not examine too closely. It might spoil the dream.
Love is quiet understanding and the mature acceptance of imperfection. It is real. It gives you strength and grows beyond you to bolster your beloved
Infatuation has an element of sexual excitement. If you are honest, you can admit it is difficult to be in one another's company unless you are sure it will end in sex.
Infatuation lacks confidence. When he/she is away you wonder if he/she is cheating. Sometimes you check.
Love means trust. You are calm, secure and unthreatened. Your beloved feels that also and that makes them even more trustworthy.
Infatuation might lead you to do things you will regret later, but love never will.
Love is an upper. It makes you look up. It makes you think up. It makes you a better person.

Love is forever, lust is for the moment.

Lust is the feeling you have for someone because of how they look or what they have, drive, or the house they live in. You want to be with them because of what you can get out of the relationship.

Love is when you have feelings for someone regardless of their social strata, car they drive, degree......etc. A great test to see which emotion you are experiencing is: If your guy is a hunk, picture him with bad teeth and glasses. If he's driving a hot car, picture him in a hooptie, if he's got a great job, picture him working for a fast food joint. If you still "love" him - it's the real deal!

I wish you love ~ God bless!

Lust is when you are only into one 'thing', and love is when you can feel in your heart that you are happy with someone, and you would do anything for them.

Lust is the desire for extreme sex and being sexual.
Love is more of an emotion that will last forever if you do not betray it.
