I have little bumps on my arms, sometimes white. I work out every day, and is this causing this, and how do you make them go away?

this is called keratosis. it is not caused by working out. it is because your skin does not shed as fast as it should. your doctor can give you Retin A to try on it. It will help speed the "shedding" processes of your skin. If you don't want to use that, you can use a loofah in the shower and make sure you use a lot of lotion on your body.

I had the same thing and I tried Arbonne Intelligence cleansing gel and body lotion and it cleared up in days. The stuff rocks! You can email me if you want more info.

Sounds like goosebumps to me...are you cold or feel tingly when they appear? If they're there all the time it might just be dry skin or something...go to a dermatologist if you're concerned.
