I had cooked more than I needed and I'm wondering if it's safe or if I need to be worried about some sort of food poisoning ?

Yes. But why cook it? It looses it's nutritional value when cooked. Why not put it raw in salads, etc.?

Sure! It'll be fine! When you get ready to warm it up, dump the water out and add fresh along with some margarine and fresh seasonings (if needed). I agree with wrapping it tightly - if you don't everything in your fridge will reek of cauliflower!!! God bless!

Yes, it is safe to refrigerate for a few days and use later.

not sure what you did to cook it, but sometimes if i've steamed or boiled some cauliflower, i freeze what i didn't eat, and its fine later.. but if you cooked it with meat, stew or something else, i'd say fridge it for one - two days in a air tight tuberware and it will be fine, but i wouldn't keep it for longer than that.

It would be okay to keep in the refrigerator. It will just stink really bad.

Yes, just for a few days, I do it all the time with no side effects.

you can for up to 3 days, but califlower will turn a weird brownish color when you reheat it and become really mushy. best bet is just to throw it out, i know its wasteful but its not really that good when you reheat it.

It should keep for a day or two. Cover it tight, that stuff stinks!
