McDonalds is my #1 problem, nothing else tempts me away from my diet like they do.

Sometimes I'm able to beat it by picking up a favorite treat that DOES fit within my diet plan. Better to "cheat" with something healthy (but still tasty), than to eat the crap that they serve. If I know I'm going to be passing one, I try to have food with me or to eat before I leave.

Other times I just get sucked into the drive-thru........

You will never win the battle if you deprive yourself of the ONE thing ALL WOMEN NEED- CHOCOLATE!!!! You crave it around your cycle and the secret is the amount you eat of it, and you can also get your chocolate dose in Hot chocolate mixes which now come sugar free and are low in calories and the milk is good for you. Be good the days you can and when you NEED your FIX, have it, but in moderation. Good luck

Friggin McDonalds is my worst enemy. I can it really good for a while and then I walk by a McDonalds or even see a commercial and it is all out war. Cheese is my other problem. Not because it is so bad but because I can't just eat one piece, I want to eat a brick of it. I try not to buy cheese unless I need it for something specific.

Fast food kills me. Especially Taco Bell. If I even see a commercial for Taco Bell, I have to literally walk out of the room so I don't drive thu for a mexican pizza!
Gravy is another terrible weakness for me. I love food in general, except sweets. I don't have a weakness for sweets at all, which is good, but the meat and potatoes make up for it!

My problem is cheese. It's freakin' everywhere!! I curb the cravings by have lots of fruits and veggies pre cut in the fridge and I don't buy anything that has cheese on it.
