i have 3 kids and we cant afford it on our own right now...but theirs ALWAYS fighting.I already told him i was done but he just needed time to find a place...but isnt planin on goin any place else.when i try to talk about how im un-happy he wont hear it.I dont want the law in on this how else do i get the point across?

Pack up and leave - make arrangements to stay with a family member. Then do something to improve your income (job, new job, trade school) so you can make it on your own.

1) Find next renter and hopefully an alternate.
2) Move bf's stuff out onto the street , hopefully on a sunny day when he's at work (you've already told him he's leaving).
3) Keep your pepper spray and phone handy in case you need it. Whether the law has to come in or not is his choice.

Hello, I really hate it for you. Is the father of your three children paying child support...I hope so. You might can go to social services & get some help or go to a church...some will be very sympathetic & help you . Sounds like you're just living with him for financial support - and that's not a way to be happy. I hope you can find someone to love you & be willing to take care of you & your children....I'm wishing the best for you ..ok?...bye bye

Is the Father contributing to the support of your three kids? You will have to get the law in on this situation, in order to get rid of your boyfriend, It sounds to me like he doesn't want to get out. If you need extra help, go to the state or some church!

Beleave it or not at one time I was just like he is.
She found a real good way to not only tear my heart out but make me get out.While I was at work she moved her ex boyfriend in,that was 25 years ago and I got back with my wife and never looked back.It sure worked on me.Try it and if he don'y leave get hold of me and I'll beat his *** for you.

Nothing says "GTFO" like a bullet in the ***. Since you'd go to jail for that though...don't "discuss" anything simply tell him he has 2 days to get his stuff and himself out of your home, period. If he doesn't start tossing it or just call the cops or a male friend who can help you out if he tries to get violent on you.
