I met a man, hit it off real well instantly. We started out as friends, became lovers and spent as much time together as possible. Early on in the relationship he made it pretty clear he didn't want a serious relationship. I was cool with that. I too wasn't looking for anything serious. But time changed all of that. After the first month of the "relationship" he would send me messages throughout the day saying he missed me, couldn't wait to see me (went so far as to count the hours until we saw eachother again). He spent time introducing me to all of his friends who in turn spent time telling me how much he liked me and how he doesn't spend time with a lot of women or bring them around his friends. He always introduced me as his friend and only once as his GF when he was asked if I was his girl. I don't count that because he was put on the spot. So as far I understood, it was a casual relationship, right? We were dating eachother exclusively, we weren't sleeping with other people...

So we’re dating on a casual basis now, right? It’s been two months so far. Then he goes to Europe for vacation. He was supposed to be gone for 25 days and cut it short to 19 days because he said he missed me and wanted to come home. Then he said he wanted to go out of town with me when he got back, asked me if I could take time off to go to Thailand, Hawaai or Mexico. Maybe I’m wrong to have thought this way but that spells out an actual relationship which made me ecstatic because though I had been trying very hard to hold my feelings at bay, I was falling really hard for this guy. Being with him just made me feel so good. He mentioned giving me a key to his house so I could let myself in and could be at his house waiting inside for him since he would work long hours sometimes. He would speak to me of things he wanted to do together next year and told me how he wanted to go back to Spain but with me next time. Please see Part II for the rest...
