skinny/average. You don't need to lose weight at all if that is what you were thinking. Hopefully you have a healthy body image which is so important for a girl your age. Just try to eat healthy and exercise 3-4 times a week (30-45 minute walk is enough). Take care : )

well because you didnt say your age hard to work out you BMI
BMI (Body Mass Index) is the official unit of measurement for underweight, normal weight and obesity and it is aplied by WHO (World Health Organization).
i would use
http://www.measureweight.com/default.aspx
and fill in all the details and this will check medically if your overweight or what level you fall into.
