Cut off your boyfriend's head - you'll lose 20 ugly pounds with the snap of your wrist! (: That's just a joke...
I really wish I had a serious answer for you - I'd like to do the same. But after years of being a girl (well okay, all of my life) and struggling with weight gain an dloss, I have found that the only healthy and sensible way to lose weight is through proper diet and regular exercise. The exercise is key. It's critical...has to be consistent and enough of it.
If it helps (and I hope it does), I walk for 30-45 minutes each night...maybe skipping one or two, but no more than that, if my schedule is tight.
I also do 45 minutes of yoga OR 25 minutes of Tae-Bo at least 3x per week in the morning as soon as I wake up.
Throw in a steady diet of sex and that's my exercise plan for life. It works for me. But what works for me may not work for you.
Unfortunately, our bodies and systems are so different, you really have to try almost everything and then customize your own diet/exercise plan. I tried many, many things and didn't lose weight. Then suddenly, it all came together and what I do now seems to be maintaining my weight where I'd like it. And I don't starve myself at all.
I've never been on a structured diet. I just try to eat healthy...lots of fruit and veggies, little meat, plenty of dairy (because I like it!) and very little sugar. No meaningless snacking. Meaning - no empty calorie snacks. If I'm having something to eat between meals (and I am) it's carrot sticks or a few handfuls of popcorn, cottage cheese and a few crackers, etc... Not chips, donuts or any other form of junk food.
I absolutely avoid fast food - it's a killer. If you don't know this, do an online search for your favorite fast food restaurant and click on their nutritional information link...thousands of calories can be consumed in one meal.
Also, back to eating between meals...I have found that if I eat SOMETHING (even that hadnful of popcorn) at least every 3-4 hours, I do not gain weight. When I try to stick to three meals a day, I gain. I think it's because I am so much hungrier by mealtime that I overeat. The key is keeping the snack to a minimum...not the number of times you snack, just what you are eating. Make it a snack, not a meal.
I wish you the best of success in meeting your weight goals. It's tough, I know. But if you really commit to yourself to do it and you are consistent, you WILL achieve what you want. Go for it!!!

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

Starving is really the worst thing since your body will basically shut down its fat burning centers. Eat 5 small meals a day so that your blood sugar isn't spiking and crashing. Then exercise a heafty amount. At least hour/day. It isn't safe to lose more than a couple of pounds/week, and trust me, diet pills are dangerous. Had heart palpatations myself and it was scary!

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. That boosts your metabolism and increases natural ephadrine, the hormone of which burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition with Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon inside your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 percent!

Try Weight Watchers. It's a really good program and you don't get hungry. I don't know about losing weight quickly though. You can get serious side effects from dropping weight too quickly and starvation actually slows your metabolism causing you to lose weight slower.

Base your diet off of a 2000 calorie diet. That is the average in-take on calories and its healthy. Don't eat any pasta's, or beads, even tho they are healthy for you, they are fatty. Unless you have whole wheat pastas or breads. Meat has a lot of protein, which helps build bones, but veggies & fruits are healthy for you. It may sound childish, but jumping on the trampoline is VERY good excorise... pull out your iPod and listen to musci for 30 min or so while jumoing, you'll burn a lot of calories. BUT REMEMBER.....starving yourself is THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING YOU CAN EVER DO FOR YOUR BODY. NEVER, EVER starve yourself. becuase once you start eating again, you'll gain all the weight back VERY quickly, and you might even gain more weight, and you'll loose all your curves!

prepare the meals fro the day and then just snack.
eat 100% of your fiber and get 100% of water needs.
get all your vitamin and calcium needs. studies how appropriate calcium and fiber especially can help you to weight less..
eat 6 small meals and your body's metabolism Will rev up.
it slows when meals are missed. body slows fro survival to ward off starvation so weight comes off slower when you do it that way.
exercise in the am and in early afternoon to also rev up metabolism.
lots of weight is just water so avoid salt and carbonation
eat dandelion leaves if you can find them and hold your nose and drink the water you cooked them in its good for you..see below
and drink some grapefruit and cranberry to clean it out the excess water weight and clean kidneys and bladder too.
good luck!

Cabbage soup diet, excuse the pong but it really does work, but you can only do it for 1 week. Then eat healthy for the next 2 then if you need to lose more go back on it. Tough but it does work.
