Just came back from voting. Scanned paper ballots here this time. It was a rush. Voted for every opposition candidate I could. Some of the Republicans were unchallenged by Democrats, so I shifted the vote to Libertarian where I could. Many of the positions were GOP and no opposition. Hell of a way to vote, but after the last six years it was a definite vote against Bush and the GOP on my part.

Voted at 8:30 AM, 5 hours ago. Now I'm going to have to wait for the once-weekly newspaper to come out on Friday before I find out what the results are. Small town, radio reception is almost non-existent, my satellite TV comes out of another state.

I voted today around 1 pm. My polling precinct was PACKED and I waited in line to use one of seven machines with 50 other people. Grrr . . . .
