You may log onto sites like cheapflights; skyscanner; orbitz; and get to know some very reasonable air travel tickets. You may find cheap airline tickets, and also, cheap hotels and have the best travel experience. There are a few sites that completely save you from the agony of planning, comparing, booking etc for travel. yatra is indeed a reliable online travel resource.

I have a site that focuses on high-end, 5 Star and Luxury travel, hotels, resorts, safaris, restaurants, great people we've met along the way and gadgets that help make travel bombastic. It's called http://www.bombasticlife.com It is just a few months old but I'm off to a good start I think. I am also starting a new one called Bombastic or Not (http://www.bombasticornot.com) that will allow people to write their own reviews. That one is really just under construction but it's coming soon. Check it out and let me know what you think. My other favorie it foders.com and frommers.com

I like http://www.virtualtourist.com and http://www.ricksteves.com .
Virtual Tourist: Great tips from people who have been there, done that.
Rick Steves: Mainly for European travel, but you can learn a lot for any trip. I've picked up some excellent tips on how to pack light and best see Paris.
