Air bubbles and gases, mainly produced by the stomach's acid involving each piece of whatever you put into it. Some chemical reactions are worse than others, depending how much energy it contains as well. That's why you're better off beans as they are highly caloric and with the acid it produces a lot of gases, mainly metan. Bom apetite!
