Before you attend any college/university I would advise you to go and check
out the food. My daughter went to Guelph and they had an awesome array
of health food to chose from. Some places want to load you up on carbs.
We all know that fresh fruits and veggies are important. Hotdogs, hamburgers, french fries and pizza will pack on the pounds. Educate
yourself before you hand over good money for inferior food.

Colleges have a fittness enter for the student to use as wll as intermural sports programs.Student are encouraged to eat healthy though it is hard to do while in college. Students tend to look for the fastest way out. The bottom line is that a college student needs to be responsible for their body.

NOTHING they don't supply the right foods if they provide any foods. One girl went into college really skinny and came out 50 pounds overweight. Colleges need to start taking that money they get from college tutuion and spending it on healty snacks.
