Maybe its a test to see how serious we are. Ive known people who were so close to God that He led them daily. Its possible and should be our goal. I believe the time is coming where God will be easier to find.

Question for Christians?
A, Why just Christians! they are not the only ones who believe in God.
Why does God make it so difficult to find Him?
A, It is not difficult, if the person want to real find God, He is everywhere to be found. He is in everything, in the smile of a child, in the breeze of the gentle wind, in the fragrant of rose, in the air, and any where else you might wish to look.
Why do we have to pray and seek so hard just to hear His voice for a short while?
A, So we won't forget and be connected with Him. Not just to hear His voice, but for anything else that makes us feel at easy, and serene.
Wouldn't more people come to know Him if it was easier to find and know Him?
A, Yes, but they have to be wanting to know Him, and to find Him. If , they deep inside don't want to, they can't find what they are not looking for. Seek and ye shall receive.

First question, he doesn't we do b/c we want to do our own thing, control our own situation. It is more difficult to let go then to hold on. Second, I am not sure what you mean, perhaps you had an experience that lasted a short time. All I can say if that is the case, when you turn your life over to Christ there are a number of hurdles thrown at you to try to strain that relationship. If you work on that relationship and strengthen your faith you will see the truth.
Lastly, well God could have created us all to know He exists and not question it, but He made us with free will. Meaning He wants us to come to Him willingly, it is not difficult. You just have to believe that He is all power-full and know our simple minds could not understand the will of God. Hope this helps. God Bless

Why does God make it so difficult to find Him?True Christian has no problem finding Him because Jesus is telling us that the "one" who lives in us is greater than the one who is in world.
True Christians have a common fellowship around the truth because it is written, "My sheep hear My voice and I know them and they follow Me." John 10:27
Jesus says that His sheep will follow Him, will follow the truth John 14:6, and they will not follow a stranger speaking contrary to the truth.
It is written, "The Lord will direct them into all truth and in all things." John 14:26,1 John 2:27, Proverbs3:5-6

He's not so difficult to find...I see God in the beauty of the world around me and in the technology and architecture and medicine that he gave us the knowledge and wisdom to create and put to use.
I hear Gods voice all the time...In a childs laughter..In a piece of music..In the wind...In the rain....
If more people were just willing to relax and take note of everything around them then it would be much more easier for them to find and know God.

It is easy to find God. He said you will find Him when you seek Him with all your heart. Get yourself a Bible and read it. Read John 3:16 and the gospel of John. Believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died on the cross for your sin, and that He has risen, Confess your sins, ask Him to come into your heart and to help you and you will be saved. Then pray and ask Him to show you the things that you need to do.------ Study to show your self approved unto God--a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightfully deviding the word of truth.----You shall know the truth and the truth will make you free. Pray

God never said that it would be easy to follow him. In fact it was quite the opposite. The reward is not an earthly reward, but a heavenly one. There is a certain amount of peace that comes with following God's will and sometimes the hard part is that you don't always feel like you can hear him. But the simplicity of it is that sometimes when you can't hear him, he is the closest.

I'm not a christian but the question is fascinating.
Maybe god doesn't exist, no one can prove he/she/it does. I don't believe in the god described in the Bible. What a scary and vengeful creature, behaving worse than most of us do.
If he does exist then he cannot possibly need or want anything from us, unless of course god is in everyone and everything, and I do mean everything, even the unpleasant things.
Perhaps we are not meant to understand it. Give me logic and reason any time, it beats religion and mythology.

God works in so many mysterious ways, it's almost insane. But the beauty of the nature of God is that He always comes through for us in the end.
All He really wants if for us to trust Him, with all our hearts. The bible says in Proverbs 3:
"Trust in the Lord with all you heart, and don't lean to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths."
He wants something from us, before we just take and take from Him. And everything you want to know about the Lord, you can find in the Bible. It's a big book, and hard to interpret at times but when you have a true relationship with the Lord, and the gift of the Holy Spirit, the Bible says that He reveals to us even the smallest mysteries of His Word.
He just doesn't want us to give up on Him so quickly. And when He does speak to us, it may not even be in His word, it may be counsel from a relative or friend, a message on a billboard, anything. As long as it lines up with God's word, then it's Him who is speaking to you. God Bless.

He is very easy to find...sometimes we are looking in the wrong places. What exactly have you done to seek Him, besides praying? Have you gone to a Bible believing church and searched the scriptures to know the truth for yourself? What kind of a "revelation" do you want...it's in His Word, as a promise that all who seek Him with their "whole" heart will find Him.
