Good job keep up the good work.
Store grapes, low fat pretzels, apples, peanuts, carrot sticks, ect. around with you and when you are feeling hungery eat a hand full with a big glass of water. This will tide you over inbetween you balanced meals.
If you are eating lots of carbs and sugary stuff this will make you hungery faster when you body absorbs these startches they turn into fat and sugar and your body holds these in your fats cells and these cells makes your body feel hungery faster. The Veggies and fruit trick your body into thinking its full longer because this is healthy fat your body will burn.
Does any of this make sense? ha
Just eat lots of fruits, veg. peanuts....drink lots of water.

Well it depends what type of program you are on. If you are watching calories then stick to fruit or veggies with some type of low fat dip if you actually want to lose weight. Yeah you could eat some popcorn but it really seem to not help. If you are watching the carbs then there is nothing like a good old peice of meat the fill you up. Try and eat lean meats. Eat good proteins with veggies at every meal and limit snacks to a small lean protein that is just enough to take the edge off. Some thing like a low fat plain yogurt with fresh blue berries or some lean chicken slices, maybe a protein shake.
They always say that you don't need to starve yourselve or deprive yourself but lets face it, if you really want to lose weight, then yeah you do. At least until your body gets used to the fact that you are not going to give into every craving and that you will be eating less.
Don't worry so much about pound lose. Measure yours self and record it. That is the most accurate.
Oh and one more tip. Most of the time when you are feeling hungary, you are actually thirsty. drink lots and lots of water. Green tea is also helpful.
Good luck

Just be carefull not to over indulge in any of the options you were given. I suggest 6 small meals over the corse of the day. Make sure each meal has some protien in it. Stay away from empty carbs as they digest very fast and keep you feeling hungry. Raw carrots and salads without a ton of dressing are good ideas. If you are new to working out 1 hour a day, your body may be telling you that you are not doing things right. If you are not taking in enough calories and working out hard, you will not lose weight because your body thinks its starving and holds on to its fat.

You can get a variety of veggies like carrots, celery apples, oranges and ectra to keep handy. Just make sure you eat regular low fat meals 3 times a day and snack on the veggies to get the full feeling. Eating friuts and veggies is healthy, especially the green leafy veggies like romane lettuce with a low calorie salad dressing.

You can make a nice salad, toss some lettuse, tomatoes, and grilled chicken, just stay away from salad dressings. i know that can be plain, but they are very unhealthy. Oh, and foods with fiber fill you up. which i slike apples, fiber cereal, some fruits, that kinda stuff.

milk is filling too. and you can eat as many carrots, celery, apples, bananas, etc as you want, you will become full before you can become fat. (easier said than done of course.) I am trying to eat healthy too but I just ate three large chocolate chip cookies...
