As there is no direct import from PDF function that I can think of, you may want to "print" the PDF document using MS Office Document Image Writer and save it as a TIF file. You can then import the individual pages as an image into Powerpoint.

Crude, but effective...

I don't have the full version of Adobe, so, I don't even know if it is even possible to export a .ppt from a .pdf.

But one way you *could* do it is to take screen shots of every page of the .pdf document, then, paste each shot into a new slide in PowerPoint. Save the powerpoint, and voila, you have a .ppt.
