Absolutely, but if you want something along the same lines, try mixing Southrern Comfort and OJ. Same alcohol percentage, and nice bold flavor, but SoCo compliments OJ much better.

Never mixed JD with orange juice, but when I was a student we were drinking tequila slammers and JD & Coke. We ran out of mixers so ended up drinking tequila and mouthwash! Words can't describe the foulness...

I wouldn't. Orange juice needs a spirit with a more 'pure' flavor. Vodka is the best - the classic screwdriver.
JD and ice is probably best, and I've bet you've got a little of that lying around somewhere. If not ice, try pouring a bit over corn flakes.

I can't believe you mix JD with anything apart from ice... shockin. Drink the JD on its own then use the Orange Juice to help your hangover cure.

I like JD with an orange-wedge chaser, so I'd probably find Jack and OJ just fine.

of course! thats almost like Alize. you can mix it with anything. just have food in your stomach because JD and citric orange juice might be too acidic with no food.
