I AM 47 YEARS OLD AND NEED TO LOSE ABOUT 100 LBS. I HAVEN'T WORKED OUT IN YEARS AND MY BACK IS FAILING ME AS A RESULT. ANYONE KNOW OF ANY GOOD APPETITE SUPPRESANTS THAT AREN'T GOING TO MESS WITH HOW I FEEL IN THE DAY. ANY HELP (KIND HELP NOT MEAN HELP) WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Try Snack Defense, from Herbalife. I've found it very helpful in controling my constant urge to munch. Especially the sweets.

don't take pills at your age and weight. I'm not trying to hurt your feelings, but there are better and safer ways to lose the weight.
If you can't do it by yourself, to to weight watchers or a support group like that. Getting weighed in helps because it makes you accountable.

you can get rid of that wieght in about a year. It's called the hollywood diet. It's a little expensive, but it works better than any other diet ive known of. If you dont know what I am talking about, Snort coke.

one tablespoon raw organic apple cider vinegar before each meal. mix with one tablespoon organic maple syrup to help make it go down and a little water. works great for me

not trying to be mean but good ole fashion will-power is the best way to lose weight. Worked for me. lost 150 pounds this way, no pills no gimmicks. there is no drug or shortcut, grit your teeth and abstain baby.
