1 schedule an appointment with an obgyn (if you do not have insurance go to your local health clinic and get a test, if it is positive they will tell you how to get medicaid to cover medical expenses for your baby)
2 go to walmart and pick up a bottle of prenatal vitamins (you wont even need a prescription)
3 pick up the book (or check it out from the library) What to expect when you are expecting
4 start a pregnancy journal, you may want to read this and remember it next time
5 enjoy

As scary as it is, you should talk to your parents so you'll be able to get the medical care that you will need. Does the baby's father know? You have options as to what you can do (keep it, abort, give it up for adoption). Do some research and make an informed decision, don't let anyone force you into doing something you don't want. In the meantime take pre-natal vitamins (Materna) and eat healthy.

The first thing I need to know is how old are you?
Are you prepared emotionally to be a mother???
What do YOU want to do??
If you are still in high school then maybe an abortion would be in your best interest depending on how you feel about abortion.
I suggest you go to planned parenthood and talk to a counselor if you don't feel safe talking to your mother. Or do both. But let the decision ultimately be yours no matterwhat anyone says.
It is YOUR body and YOUR life.

Go to the gynecologist and have a little chat about nutrition, medications - stop drinking, smoking, doing drugs - if you do. talk to your doc about vitamins, exercise, etc...
once you hit your second trimester, start telling friends, talk to your boss at work about Family Medical Leave, see if your mom or sister or friends want to help throw you a shower, and start preparing your home for a baby...

i'm not trying to be a smart a*s, but if you were old enough to get pregnant then you are old enough to know what to do. go to the doc's talk with them and weigh your options on what to do about the pregnancy.

Normally we wait 9 months and then visit a hospital to deliver. Most of us........I say again...most of us, then raise the child to become adults.......hope that helps you out.
