If it's homemade, yes.

If it's the store-bought highly processed stuff that's full of chemicals, no.

I don't think beef jerky could possibly be good for you, as it contains a lot of sodium and saturated fat (that means the bad fats). It also has barely any nutritional value at all. What's more, it clogs up your digestive system and contains lots of preservatives, most likely.

P.S. Low carb is NOT good because you need carbs for energy; the only carbs that are bad are sugar carbs and the carbs in white foods.

It is good for you if you have a normal blood pressure. Most beef jerky is cured with salt. If your blood pressure is high I would steer clear but if your blood pressure is normal then beef jerky is a good low fat high protein snack. But like everything else, don't overdo it.

It is good for you in the fact of the carbohydrate count is relatively low but not in the fact that it has additives and lots of sodium. It also clogs up the bowels as you are eating a lot more meat even though it is dried than you probably should. Humans should eat meat only a few times a week as we are basically herbivores. Hope this helps.

I think so...but not too much of it like anything else. My boss, a food critic tends to eat it. It's always in the office fridge and he's always offering it to me.

maybe if you make it yourself, but stuff you buy in the store is filled with preservatives so I would say no.
